This is a 45 minute semi-structured and progressive class led by an Academy coach,
encouraging parent and child to work hard and have fun together. The apparatus involved
will develop co-ordination skills, motor skills through the use of hand apparatus and
colorful physical circuits. Music is also used to encouraged rhythm. Working towards
reward participation badges.
